Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. After browsing the store's selection, I placed an online order in store at the suggestion of a sales associate on December 14. I was told that my order would arrive before Christmas. It did not. The order has not even shipped yet (as of December 30). I called the store on December 30 to ask what could be done. All they offered me was a half-hearted apology and told me I could return the item to the store once I get it. If they had been honest with me when I was looking to purchase a gift, I would not have bought the item I ended up getting. I have purchased jewelry at this store in the past but they have lost me as a customer based off of this fiasco. Buyer beware. Take your business to a different jewelry store.
