I was greeted by Bill as soon as I walked in the store. Everyone was extremely friendly. Bill went above & beyond to answer all of my questions and help me pick out some samples to take home so I could match it to the existing carpet I have in my home. I will definitely be purchasing my flooring from this location!!!

I chose LVT tile from here for my kitchen and bathroom and couldn’t be happier with it! Liana was a pleasure to deal with and patiently answered all of my questions. Eric and Tim were the installers and did an amazing job with both rooms. They were very respectful, polite and made sure I was happy with their work. I am very happy with everything!

From Start to Finish Dale, Brian and especially Danielle were outstanding in the recommending of the best product for each location in our Hotel. Val and his installation staff were amazing leaving no detail missed, handled an extremely difficult install without an issue, and no detail missed. Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish.

My wife and I recently upgraded a family room which involved both tile and carpet flooring. We were pleased with the service we received from Liana and Danielle during our selection of the materials through to the installation. The customer service they provided was top notch. Most telling was their response to a minor issue concerning color match. Liana, Danielle and our installer Daniel were quick to respond and worked diligently to ensure our complete satisfaction. We will certainly look to the Strongsville Floorz location for our next project.

We worked with Liana throughout the process of selecting and installing new carpet in our great room and sun room. She was outstanding, helping us not only safely go through this during a pandemic but also carefully listening to what we needed in terms of durability with our dogs and kids in high traffic areas of our home. Liana looked at the carpet we had, understood our vision for how we wanted our rooms to look and gave us great options. The installation process couldn't have been smoother and we've now had the carpet for a little while and love it. We highly recommend Liana with Floorz in Strongsville!
