I've had multiple good experiences at the Strongsville Sherwin Williams store. Whether I call or stop in the staff is always courteous and helpful. They share tips and recommendations and their suggestions are always on point. I prefer this store to others and I appreciate the Sherwin Williams products, color choices, quality and tools and resources.

I brought in a quarter round to match up the paint. I paid almost $40 for thenquart and of course the color didn't match up with the paint on the wall.nnI followed up and their lame excuse was that the quarter round is wood and the wall is cement. The original color was the same on both the wood and wall.
