A excellent experience from begin to finish! Salesman Mark was great! down to earth and knowledgeable. Had shower/tub replacement, installers Victor and Evan were professional, hard working, and did an wonderful task of keeping the area clean. Finished job is beautiful! We love our tub now! A year ago we tried to cover it with acrylic paint. It looked awesome for about a month, and than began to get chips and scratches. The person, who did it and gave us a warranty for 5 years, never answered a phone. I was not ready to redo the whole room, because my tiled wall still looks good, so we tried to find another solution. It was expensive, but still much cheaper than destroy whole bathroom and put a new tub. The name of our installer was Victor. I liked him. He showed up in time, wore the face mask, gloves and booties the entire time, covered our floor. The whole work took about 4 hours. I am not a very easy client, I ask a lot of questions and like to check the work progress constantly. Victor was very polite and helpful and explained every step of his work.

The owner Greg communicated well step of the job The workers Tito and Edwin performed high quality job and were clean. The finished shower looked excellent as they paid attention to even the smallest details. I would recommend this team to work on any home improvement project and will use them again as needed.

Upon arriving at Surplus Warehouse, I were greeted by Dylan Thibodeaux. My first impression of the business was that it had few products with not many product choices. Dylan changed that. They have you need to complete the inside of a house.nDylan was complete with his presentation which excluded printouts of the itemized quotes plus computer pictures of the entire kitchen.nI was happy with my visit.
