I am a contractor and I use the Biddulph location. Cody, Chris, Mike and Jon make my life so simple. They always have my orders on time, they are knowledgeable about the products and have the best customer service on the planet.
I have used Sherwin Williams for many years. And always Good product and service. But today was exceptional service by a guy named Cody. Outstanding guy! He made sure I had everything. And he made sure I didn't have to carry anything to my car. Went above and beyond. I would recommend Sherwin Williams to anybody! And if you go to this location....make sure you go see Cody ud83dude01!! Thank you again for the outstanding service!!!
I always go the Sherwin-Williams store in Bidulph PLaza. The service is great. The color selection of the paints is wonderful.
Great customer service. The 2 guys working were very nice and helpful.
Don't go to this location. Gave me wrong colour and when I tried to return it ( not because of my fault ) just told me to come at another day . Worst experience in this store . I have been In SW and satisfied with their customer service but this one just confused me
