Rodney and his coworker working tonight 12/12/20 at 4:00 pm were so kind and calm. They continued to update people as the ps5s kept crashing they said they would try their best to get us through. After a few hours of waiting the guys informed all of us they got an email that they are sold out. Some of us did not secure the ps5 but it was by far the best experience we have had trying to get this ps5. Thanks guys for your help and for keeping the store calm.nThey also were extremely polite to the probably hundred phone calls they received asking them the same question. I’m extremely impressed!
Traded in my Xbox one 2 months ago with extra controllers to put toward a ps5. I was put on a list to be called by Rodney little did I know that the call would never come....thought it was great I wouldn’t have to worry about not being able to get a ps5 so I didn’t complain about the 25.00 refurbish fee he charged even though the Xbox was only used 2 weeks and then left in the box....Now I have only 60.00 of store credit and 0 chance to get a ps5.....if there’s any1 else who can’t wait for the digital world to take over so these fools go away good give me a like!!!!
