10 years ago I was in college, playing football and very active. Fast forward after life and work and I lost that active lifestyle. I started yoga and meditation at Restore Yoga + Wellness about 2 months ago and love it. I'm more active and getting back into a healthy lifestyle. My back pain from previous injuries is minimal and my motivation is up! Very welcoming staff! If you've never done yoga before (like me), give it a shot! It's definitely worth it.
Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. Nicole, Angie & Tanya are great instructors! The facility is always clean. Very relaxing atmosphere.
I've had wonderful yoga and massage therapy here.
