The staff is very friendly and very helpful.nThey have gone out of their way to make sure we have the prescriptions that we need when we need them. They are sincere about making every visit an enjoyable experience.

My family has filled here since they opened the pharmacy. That all changed a month and a half ago. I had surgery less then 6 hours before I came in with prescription for pain medication and antibiotics. I'm sure I looked like hell because I felt like hell. The woman pharmacist refused to fill my pain medication. Even treated me like I was an addict. Now like I said I have filled with sams pharmacy since they opened in 2011 in that time I had only ever been prescribed pain medication 1 time before a number of years before. They had access to see that I am sure. Needless to say Sam's pharmacy lost my business and my families business. I took my scripts to Walgreens they were sympathetic quick and the kicker all of my prescriptions for myself and even my kids have been cheaper at Walgreens. I don't know why I've been brainwashed to believe my scripts were cheaper at sams because I have a membership. I will never go back to sams clubs pharmacy for my families medications.

All the Pharmacists at Sam's are great! Cheap prescriptions if you have Plus membership.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ryan and Margaret are great pharmacists.

Pro: super cheap prescriptions with membership.nnCon: Service is slower than a snail slithering through molasses in a South Dakota winter.nnPrescription delivered at 10am from doc. Called at 1:30pm, prescription not even started, said ready in 1/2 hour. Visited at 4pm. Prescription not started, staff now 75 prescriptions behind. Minimum another 30 minutes to an hour. Not willing to fill prescription while I was there. Pharm tech not even helping to speed up process. She's too busy playin with her hair and straightening the shelves. Asked mgmt if staff was called in to help, he said they hadn't thought of it, it was too late in the dat now, but yeah that was probably a good idea. Stellar.nnNeedless to say, I had my prescription transferred elsewhere, and won't be coming back.
