This is such a phenomenal Rx inside Target. Terri and the crew here are so helpful and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure coming here despite them being busy often.

I love that they text you when your prescriptions are ready and usually have prompt service.nOne of my prescriptions was switched for another generic alternative, I was willing to try it even though I have had issues in the past. The alternative to my medication did not work well for me so I called to see if I could be switched back to the version I was previously taking. I was told that nothing could be done and I would need to call my doctor. I did not have enough of my medication to make an appointment and come up with a new plan with my doctor so in the interim I got a 3-month fill of my medication. A few days after picking it up, I was contacted by the pharmacist Robert and he was very willing to work with me and help me get back on the original medication. However, since I had already picked up the other medication I had to pay for the new medication out of pocket. I feel like the whole scenario could have been avoided had they helped me before they had refilled my medication when I had originally called.nUnfortunately, for insurance purposes this is my only option for a pharmacy.

Used to like them but recently had such a bad experience that I switched to Walgreens. My sons prescription was faxed to them by his doctor and I received a call from them that it was on low supply and could take a while, when I went there a week later I was told the same thing and that I should ask again. Another week went by and I went and asked again, only this time I was told that there was no prescription, when I said that I had been there twice, had received a call and that there had obviously been a prescription two weeks ago, she kept repeating that there was no prescription and the last prescription had expired (which was one from several months ago and not the current one). No offer to call the doctor, no excuse or any explanation why I initially had received a call about this prescription and it had obviously been in their system a week before. When I called the doctor I was told that the prescription had certainly been called in three weeks ago. I asked the nurse to call it in to Walgreens where it was ready the same afternoon! Will never go to CVS inside Target again!

They said I picked up a med that i did not and now i have to go without my med for 3 months unless i pay cash for the very expensive medication.
