If you are looking for something new and exciting to mix up your workout, this is it! I have taken bungie, jump boot, and barre class through Heart and Soul Fitness. What fun!! We organized a group of friends for one class. It was a workout with lots of laughs. The instructors (Kathy and Charity) are inspiring, energized and demonstrated different variations for all fitness levels.nExcellent way to take your fitness to the next level!
Heart and Sole Fitness is a great place to workout. The classes are small in size so its a great place to fit in and not feel like you are being judged. We always have a great time while working out. Not only to work out but to relieve stress. If you try Heart and Sole it will not only become your new workout place but you will gain a new family also!
I’ve been going here about a year now and I love it! A good way to switch up your workout and do something fun! Love the girls that go and the instructors are great....would definitely recommend trying it out!
A good workout, but even more fun! it's easy on your joints without compromising on the cardio, and a lot of laughs.
