I really wonder if the above reviews are friends of this business's owner or are compensated in some way because there is no way in hell I would ever give this place 5 stars!! They LIED and didn't even do an inspection on my mothers home and cleared it as having no wood eating insects/subterranean termites and then when they eventually swarmed they denied any responsibility for the issue that they were supposedly paid to detect. So when they were asked about the reason why they weren't able to find an insect that had to have already been insanely polluted with because they only swarm every 5 years(this can easily be looked up on Google or any search engine and multiple other extermination companies)they stumble over their words and blame shift to other employees until their only option left was belligerent intimidation. So please people if there is anyone looking for an extermination company or have the misfortune of buying a house through St. Mary's Realty please please look for someone else!!! Or definitely get a second opinion!!!
