Not a big fan. Store is clean and well organized, plenty of sales and coupons possible. My biggest complaint is that there can be 16 people lined up to check out and one cashier working while two or three others are standing there not ringing people up. A) that’s bad business and makes customers walk out and B) hide out of public view if you’re not going to be doing any work
The inventory is amazing! Customer service could use a little help. I needed to go to the restroom and saw a yellow blockade in the entrance. I asked a worker who was standing a few feet away and doing nothing where I could go to the restroom, and she pointed to the area with the blockade. I told her that it was blocked, and she told me to tell in there to tell the maintenance guy that I need to come in. Then, I had to move the blockade myself. That was not a good customer service experience. The worker should've yelled to the maintenance worker, then moved the blockade for me, her customer. I don't know if I'll go back.
I love this store. Always clean, neat, organized, and the staff are extremely nice and always willing to help you. I also love the sales and coupons of this store.
I love Hobby Lobby! everyone is friendly here, they seem like they care so much about customer satisfaction. Great selections and just awesome deals of decorations. I think everybody knows just to wait every week they rotate 50% off on different things.
Huge variety of products and workers are super helpful and friendly. If your looking for that personalized gift, this is the place to go! Huge variety of everything you can think of at great quality and price.
