I don't live me how they are saying my mom isn't doing anything when she is. I'm done with this i'm about ready to do something I can do thats and that I won't get in trouble about it.
Have minor issues with them-but trying to find a proper number to call for what you are needed is practically impossible. Also when I was needed help and applied for SNAP I was a server. And brought in my latest paycheck stubs and it had my hourly wage and my tip wages on the stub. They then added all this money to that that I wasn't making and said I made too much to qualify. When I wasn't making nearly that much money, and I wouldn't be there in the first place if I made that much money. So that was frustrating. I would give a better review if I knew how to contact the right people, and you read a paycheck stub properly.
Front desk ladies are terrible. Actual caseworkers are nice.
I don't trust them with a stick. They'll destroy the poor stick and make it break and end up with shrubs instead of mending it. This is how I feel about CPS. Their corrupt and only care about that mighty dollar! They could care less about trying to help a family, instead they destroy a family with false accusations and have rights terminated just so they can get more money... Bet you didn't know every time a child is placed in foster care or up for adoption they recieve I believe it's 5 grand last I heard! They need better training or just straight better people that actually give a whoot!
Terrible customer service, everyone has a bad attitude and is rude. They only really care if a child passes away. They wont help you stop or prevent anything.
