I have been to a few classes and liked them all, but I really enjoyed Prenatal Yoga with Jen. The next day, my low back pain was so much better. I’m a Healthcare provider and would recommend this for my clients as it is very gentle and Jen was very knowledgeable!
Have been signed up here for a month under their new student month discount, and absolutely love it. The teachers are so kind and helpful and there's so many classes offered for both newbies and vets of yoga (with helpful descriptions to decide which class is best for you!). They have an app you can use to sign up for classes and to sign up for membership, too! If you're on the fence about joining, try one of their donation-based classes to help you decide!
