I have been training with Travis since Jan 6, 2020. It was time for some lifestyle changes and based on recommendations, I contacted him. He is very knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness, so my diet is pretty strict calorie wise ( as of the review, i am limited to a max of 1500 calories a day) but I am never hungry. Working with Travis in the gym is hard, but rewarding, and he pushes you to the limit in a very positive way. So far I have lost 40 lbs. if you are looking for a great , affordable trainer, Travis is the man you want to hire!

Travis cares about his clients Goes above and beyond to make sure we are getting the correct information for our body types. He is very informed about the body and how it works together with proper nutrition and muscle mass. I highly recommend him to be your trainer if you are in the market for one. He is extremely good.

I have been working out with Travis since 2017, so far the best result I received was from him. I got transformed! The best thing from him is his method really works! I lost 26 lbs and gained muscles. No matter how I feel even sometimes whining, he always got something for me to keep me going. He listens to his clients, because he really cares!

I have been working out with Craig for about 7 years, on and off. He is the best in the business. I have come a long way since I started. Custom Fit offers group workout sessions or private, which is a great alternative if you need support from friends to motivate you. I always enjoy my workouts, and Craig is extremely knowledgeable on all things fitness related. There is always a way to adapt an exercise to accommodate injuries or trouble areas. I hope to be able to keep going there for years to come. You can't go wrong!
