This dentist is great if you have children who are home schooled or not in school. However, since our children go to school, it is impossible to get a appointment with them since they don't take children during the afternoons. I have never heard of a Pediatric dentist who doesn't take children in the afternoon!

They talked my toddler through every aspect of the appt and made her feel incredibly comfortable. The whole staff was great!

The dental hygienists and the doctor were wonderful and very patient with my fear-stricken three-year-old. Vicky at the front desk is as experienced and professional as they come -- she's great!nnThe waiting room has toys that my son didn't want to stop playing with (wooden train table, arcade-style car racing game, etc.) and the entire building interior is decorated in an Animal Kingdom style. There are TVs hanging from the ceiling, angled toward the child lying in the chair. The dental hygienist is great with balloon animals, and my son loved picking out a sticker and a toothbrush to take home. The dental hygienist was quick and gentle and made the entire process as pleasant as she possibly could have.nnDr. Lambert came by to check on my son's teeth and he was extremely cheerful, kind, and understanding. He was open to any questions I had as a parent who is obsessed with dental hygiene, and made us all feel welcome and comfortable.nnGreat office! The location was slightly difficult to find on our first visit -- more visible signs would have been more accommodating, but property management may not permit garish billboards, so this is is completely understandable. However, now we know where the office is and my son will be a patient for as long as he can be. We (OK, I -- but really, what kid likes going to the dentist?) love and highly recommend this office!

Do not expect to ever be able to leave the actual dentist a message, you will never get past the receptionists. Even if it is vital information needed for your child’s visit. During your visit, The Dentist will tell you that he doesn’t have time to talk to patients parents or listen to messages. You can expect that your child will be months late for routine maintenance visits due to booked scheduling.

Never go this dentist. My kid has healthy teeth. He took X-ray first visit. Then again he took X-ray second visit, which not needed. He doesn’t talk or explain X-ray. Insurance coverage only one X-ray, they should know this. I got charged $135.nNow, he doesn’t provide me copy of X-ray. I asked couple times. He send me letter that my kid is no longer his patient. This is malpractice. I suspect that he really took X-ray.
