This place would be better uf it had a office. No way to know if they have rentals. But clean for the most part driveing by. But over all its a cool place.
I live here, good neighbors, quite, No worries..
Good with customer service.
Received a new list of policies. Says no motorhomes. My neighbor has one. Says only 2 vehicles per lot. Same neighbor has 3 plus motorhome. Says no storage on empty lots. Yep same neighbor has car parts in the grass and other trash across from us in the vacant lot. His wife is a constant lying nag. Says my dog is outside barking early in the morning. We don't get out of bed before 9am. I work nights. Dog is a maltipoo. Says no hunting on the riverbed. Will take pictures next time he sneaks his kill home. Can't sit outside. She either yells at me or she's inside yelling with him. Absolutely no peace.
It's a peaceful place and great for kids Cindy and dale are great landlords and it's a good school district
