Took my ring in for regular check ups and was told that everything looked fine. A week later I had 2 prongs break and took it in for repair and they destroyed my ring. Looks like they heated it to much and it became unrepairable. I had to get a completely new ring even though we paid extra for the “good” insurance for things like this. I had to go to a different jeweler for a trade in and still didn’t get a ring anywhere close to my original.

Our last recent visit was a very good experience! The consultants were very friendly, thorough and informative. I went in to do my inspection on my ring with plans to just get it cleaned. With their attention to detail they found a prong was broken and a few other details and made me feel very comfortable and confident with the process to get it fixed. We have been doing business with this Zales for at least 4 years now. Of course big staff changes can have questionable people at times, but again this last visit had great staff working.

My boyfriend and I found what we thought was the perfect ring (Snow White). We found online and he made the appointment and Zales confirmed that they would have the ring in the store in Rapid City and when we got there the sales lady was adamant they didn't have the ring wouldnt even go look. But why make appointments if you aren't going to have it in stock?!

My boyfriend went in and had a wonderful experience! Our consultant, Naru, was helpful and fun and not pushy at all. We left educated and feeling like Zales is where we want to purchase.

This place is rip off! And the lady Kaitlin is the worst employee I have ever seen! And going behind current employers back and taking a job at Riddles!
