Chose to deal with Aubrey at the Rushmore Mall in Rapid City after reading excellent reviews about her professionalism and I wasn’t disappointed. She helped me design a ring with my own diamonds out of my damaged wedding set. Needed to visit with her a couple different times during the process and she was always very friendly and kept me inform during the process. When I saw the finished ring I cried I was so happy it was exactly what I had imagined. Very satisfied!!
My “go to” place for Black Hills Gold, Harley Davidson watches and jewelry care is Riddle’s! For over 28 years I have enjoyed outstanding service and beautiful unique jewelry. I highly recommend you make Riddles the first place you go for your jewelry!

Aubrey did absolutely amazing helping us pick out my engagement ring. She explained everything so well to us. After having an awful experience in a different Riddle’s store we were worried to buy from one again but she made sure to explain everything to us and made sure we got exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond with her customer service. She was so patient with us and all our questions and pulled out every ring I wanted to see and helped to minimize down to the perfect one. We will definitely be back in the future to buy our other jewelry products from her.
