Great experience buying carpet from Ken at Freed's! His expertise and professionalism was excellent! Not pushy, and very responsive! I highly recommend going here, and ask for Ken!!!
I went with Freed’s because of the knowledge that Ken conveyed when I came in to look at the products. He explained the best methods of installation and sent one of his best technicians he had to install it.
We didn't have a very good experience with Freed's. Our sales person didn't order enough flooring so that set the completion date back. After the remainder of the flooring came in our sales person ordered the wrong stair nose so that set the completion date back even further. Recommend if you buy here to make sure your sales person knows flooring and maybe even have the installer with the sales person when they visit your home.
Had a pretty good experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful in finding an affordable but nice looking vinyl floor. They were always available to answer questions throughout the installation process and their contractors were friendly and did a great job. The install ended up being a bit more expensive due to issues with my subfloor but the increase was a more than fair price (I think that was more due to the contractor than Freed's; not sure whose cost it was). Would def use them again.
