Awful !!!!! Finally today is last straw. Every time shopping at Joanns, they advertise getting bonus for spending and coupons. Then their are so many restrictions & conditions that it costs more. I am so frustrated with Joanns and their seemingly intentional confusing policies that I feel taken advantage of as a customer. This was the LAST time!!! There are other better store choices. Especially as the inventory and quality are also low. Former customer.
I'm a professional hand quilt maker and hand quilter plus I also make bracelets I do clay pipes and I also make blow gun darts. This is where I get my supplies. Mainly I get my quilt material, muslin and batting.
A+ for implementing the required masks to shop. B for lack of yarn inventory. F. For the buy three get two free yarn. I only wanted to buy three and take one free you wouldn't let me get one free you made me go back to get a second one which I had to get something I would never use and you guys sell it for $4.99. Why would you not let me take just one? No sense at all.
I love this store, they almost always have what I am looking for. Good thing we have this store for us crafter because we don't have alot of places to shop for these kind of things.
Good service, but organized by color rather than by material type which makes it difficult to find what you need. I think they are catering to quilters rather than to home sewers, plus they have expanded the craft section from the Hancock they replaced, which has cut down on the material availability.
