Having someone come fix our issue we knew would be tricky on the weekend but they agreed to help us. Our technician arrived 45 minutes later than we were informed of but he was extremely professional, friendly and informative. The price was an issue for us specifically but seems to be just what services cost these days. Overall we were pleased with the gentleman in our home and training provided by the company is efficient. Would recommend.
We had a back up in the main line in our basement (tree roots) as well as a second clog under the basement floor to the main line. I called several plumbers in the area. The earliest someone could get out was 4 days. Roto-Rooter was able to be here within a couple hours. Mike Phillips was the service technician who was on site. He was extremely professional, polite, and informative. Beyond that, my 7 year old had a zillion questions for him and Mike was extremely kind and patient in answering all of them! Thank you for the response time, getting our drains cleared out, and the positive persona.
Nathan Wood was the installer. Nice, polite and smart. Tough figuring out how to get down narrow stairs to basement. He did an excellent professional job and explained everything in detail. What made me most happy is attention to detail and putting things back they way he found them if he had to move. It was an over all excellent installation. I would definitely recommend this company and this man.
They were able to fit me in with same day service. Nathan and his associate were very polite and very informative. He established the problem quickly and quoted a reasonable price. They were very efficient and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Sean was on time. He explained everything to us and even taught us a few things we had no idea about. He was very patient and knowledgeable.
