Love going to classes at Rinse Cycle! The sense of community there is the best part. I get a great workout in every time. I feel very safe with their COVID protocols as well.

Great studio with amazing instructors, started here as a beginner to cycling and I can’t say enough good things about the amazing staff and their high intensity workouts.
Rinse Cycle has been life-changing. This is much more than an exercise space. The people of Rinse are very supportive and encourage you to take what you need. They accept you where you are. Such a great workout and some good beats too. This is a fun, motivating way to get some exercise in. Love this place and highly recommend. Give it a chance and you may be surprised at what you find.
I haven't even exercised there.. but while heading into old scratch my family and I stopped by to see what this place was about.. almost everyone in there had smiles on their faces (both the clients and employees). The staff were super friendly while stating that it wasn't a car wash or laundry mat.. lol The atmosphere was refreshing to see so many happy people. It makes me want to go back and sign up for a class sometime.
