Love this place. Always have. Staff is fun and kind and sweet. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I miss the peanuts! I know with the pandemic you can’t have open food like that anymore, but you could offer the peanuts in paper bags for customers to take with them. It was one of the distinguishing factors about five guys and it is unfortunate that you have taken it away.

I was disappointed that at this location only 1/2 of those preparing the food wore masks correctly. One had the mask below his mouth, and one server didn't have a mask on at all. Two others had their noses uncovered. Additionally, the atmosphere of the staff seemed like that of a high school boys locker room rather than a restaurant. Several behaved unprofessionally. My burger was a sloppy mess and I threw more than half of it away because it was disgusting. How difficult can it be to put ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, and pickles on a burger without making the bun be completely soggy and the burger falling apart. I would not feel comfortable going back to this location again based upon the poor service and awful food quality. Recommend this franchise do better with screening those you hire, or at least have a responsible adult supervisor present, or else you will be losing much more business than mine in the future.

I asked for my burger to be wrapped in lettuce. I only got 1 piece on top and 1 piece on the bottom. So my toppings fell off. They should take note from Red Robin's. Everything else was delicious

Well. It took forever to get our food because after we ordered, the entire staff decided to jump the counter and go outside and watch an employee and another person fight right in front of the store. I gave it three stars because we got free drinks and paid for a small fry but got a large fry due to our wait!

Not impressed with the customer service. Used mobile app to order curbside, because, covid. Needed special attention to part of the order due to food allergies. Called to be sure the store would be diligent in the food prep. Person didn’t understand what I needed. Handed me off to someone else. They nonchalantly said they would take care of it. Arrived at store. Called in to inform of arrival. Was told the order had “just came up”. Waited. Waited. Waited. Called again. Food came out a few minutes later. Guess we were forgotten? Then, 2 out of 4 sandwiches were not correct. And a burger bowl (no bun) had a piece of what maybe was foil in it. It was odd colored and metallic. Not supposed to be there I think. Long story short: barely average service, average food, below average curbside, and low confidence in their diligence towards food allergies.
