I am very pleased with my rug purchase from the Persian Rug Gallery in Miamisburg, Ohio. I visited this store initially by accident looking for a Karastan wool rug. I never forgot the personalized customer service I received from Alee while looking at the authentic, beautiful handmade rugs in the gallery. I returned to make my purchase for my dinning room. Lee was very generous in working with me to keep me within budget. The rug I purchased is a hand knotted, Kashan rug from India and truly a work of art. I may return to the Persian Rug Gallery for future rug purchases.
Our experience was absolutely FANTASTIC today! From the moment I stepped in the doors I knew where wanted to give our business! We were treated with respect, felt no pressure to purchase, learned the history of our rug and walked out the door feeling like we bought from a friend! We will be back and make referrals hands done! My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting the gallery today. The rugs are all beautiful works of art. It was a fantastic experience the moment that we walked in the door. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very patient. Lee's knowledge of the the dyes, weaving and history was a pleasure to listen to. We highly recommend a visit to the store!
Excellent work
Customer service and quality like THIS is hard to come by these days!!!! My wife and I were so impressed with Lee's customer service, patience with questions, and helping us find the right rug for our space and budget. We recently purchased a rug online, but returned it because we needed a larger size and a better quality. We were having trouble finding this large size (10' x 14') at any other retailer. Lee has many options in that size, and a variety of colors, designs and qualities as well. He was also committed to understanding the needs of the space and finding a design that we were thrilled with. Lee was very patient with all of our questions and helped teach us more about the history, origin, and quality of his impressive stock. He even gave us some options that could be ordered. Our family is excited to continue to work with him! Thank you, Lee!
