A little rum down but good customer service and quiet your away from freeways so it's good sleeping. Good water pressure and comfy beds. It's nice having a desk in the room
First and foremost, there is a pandemic going on folks! Masks are important to wear. At first the two front desk girls had them on then as they checked me in the masks became chin cups. I believe the manager came in the night I checked in and did not wear a mask while talking to her unmasked employees. Next morning as I checked out whoever was working the front desk walked around wearing no mask cleaning up the coffee dispenser. Guests were walking around without masks. This is why we will still be stuck in this mess. Place reeks of cigarettes. In the lobby. In the hallway and even in non smoking rooms. Air conditioner was extremely loud I had to turn it off to sleep. So disappointed with my stay. The room was clean but that’s about the only good thing I can say.
When I was there it was clean and pretty inexpensive, before covid hit they had a pretty nice free continental breakfast, the reason I don't want to stay there again is for one very annoying reason. As far as I know it affects all rooms. They have a kind of lamp light that runs directly over on the headboard of the beds. It made it impossible for me to sit comfortably on the bed for back support. This might sound like a small detail but to me it was decision making. Until they change that, I don't want to stay again .
Front desk woman was super nice. Clean room and lots of parking. Conveniently across the street from a dispensary too.
The manager Patty and all other staff were so accommodating and friendly. Was on a hunting trip on my own. The staff made me feel very welcome. I made another reservation to go back and then had to cancel later that day because wife was exposed to Covid-19. The staff took care of it with no issues or complaints at all. I wish all of my motel experiences could be that nice.
