We bid out 2 other companies and Chimney Works was the lowest price with the best warranties on their work. We needed a chimney liner installed in our 80+ year old house. They were able to come out a week after the inspection where everyone else was over a month out to schedule. Zack and Dakota were professional and polite. Took great care of our home while inside. answered all the questions I had with a smile. I would recommend them to family and friends, and have already.
Every part of our experience with Chimney Works, from scheduling to cleaning, was excellent. The young lady who took my initial call was apologetic that they were too busy to get to us right away, so she offered a bigger discount than the coupon I had as compensation. We were given a two-hour window that we could expect service. Someone called me to let me know the appointment was coming up, and that we would get a call about what time.nnThis morning, Chad called to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived on the dot of the earliest time of the window. He was cheerful and respectful, and made sure our home stayed as clean as it was when he arrived. He did a great job, in a timely manner, and was a nice as he could be. And the price was very reasonable for the cleaning.nnI will definitely use this company again, and have already highly recommended it to others.
If you're looking for a chimney inspection/chimney sweep/cleaning, look no further. The people who answer the phone are very professional and personable, as well as knowledgeable. The inspector/chimney sweep professional, Jeremy, was informative - letting me know exactly what he was going to do; was conscious about keeping things clean; thorough in both the cleaning and inspection; and communicated his assessment well. He really knows his craft. He took the time needed to do a thorough job and answered any questions I had. Plus he sent all his notes and photos promptly to my email so I have them on file. I highly recommend this company, and Jeremy!
