This is one of the only places my grandma could find to take care of her brand of sewing machine. We are so appreciative of how quick and kind everyone we worked with was! Can’t thank you enough for getting our sewing machine taken care of so that my grandma can get back to sewing almost nonstop!!

Today was my first visit... & I loved it! The staff was courteous and friendly...I loved the store layout and selection. He fixed my machine in just a few minutes & showed me how to fix the issue if it ever comes up again... They have a studio where you can come in and sew...I will definitely be back and start shopping there all the time! I'm already in love with this place...

My heart is in my stomach. I had Cheri Vanderwort quilt a baby quilt for me. She puckered the back of the quilt. I gave her a month to rip out the quilting she did. She stated she has put 20 hours into ripping it out. The owner wants nothing to do with the issue. Nancy states Cheri is an independent contractor. I now have to finish ripping out Cheri's terrible job of quilting. I will not go back to this place. No one cares about fixing their mistakes or take responsibility.
