The girl at the front desk and others behind her were on their phones until I walked up. The girl at the front seemed to not care about what I was saying and had an annoyed undertone in her voice and expression. Other than that they were able to help me with the problem I had so I can’t complain too much.
With everything going down the in Smith bank closes at 3 now during the week. Still a great bank and a great staff that work there!
Best branch in the world!!! Candice is fantastic as is her ENTIRE staff!!! I’d drive out of my way to be a patron of that branch. They are always sweet and happy to help with anything and everything. HIGHLY recommend them!!! A++++

I do not reccomend America First Credit Union to anyone. I have been a member for 27 years and they have finally lost my respect. Being a member of the military has its sacrifices. What I didn't realize is that those sacrifices can often include hits to your credit. When I joined the military I was told that all debt payments would be deferred while on orders. That didn't happen, because of this my credit took a hit. When I went to my credit union of 27 years they offered me an 11% interest rate on an auto loan and all they had to say is that I was worth no more an my experian credit score. That they wouldn't lend to me at any less of an interest rate than 11%. Even though my score is good with Equifax and Transunion and I have paid every loan off with interest, I was not worthy of any sort of "normal" interest rate. I have receivd a 5% loan from USAA who understands our service members. Shame on America First.
