They did a great job on site. The crew was very efficient and you would never even know they were there. Kris Lee was great to work with. He was able to coordinate with the insurance and work out details. He worked with others in my neighborhood as well and is how he was recommended to me. I would not be writing this if I wasn’t extremely happy with the experience and workmanship. Many thanks to Kris and his team at Ramos.

Thank you Ramos roofing, for the incredible job you did on my roof; with the new shingles and flashing) Looks great and I can even feel the difference. You all did such a wonderful job, from the start with Justin Owens who was there working with me the entire time through the estimate which was the best out of 3 others from other roofing companies, the process and he even came back the following day to make sure everything was OK and everything was to my approval, I brought up some concerns I had with my rubber roof and Justin fixed a small repair to my rubber flat roof at no cost to me (I didn't have the rubber roof worked on just yet) and they cleaned up everything. 5 Stars all around, sorry for delay in review wanted to decorate first .

When we called for an estimate for a new roof Brad Little was right on it. He was so nice and pleasant to work with. He is very easy to talk to and a real down to earth person. He worked very hard to keep in touch with us and to get us a great deal. If any person should be promoted to the next job level he is definitely deserving. He always returned our calls in a very timely manner and was always checking on the job. All of the guys working on our roof did a super job and did a great follow through. Very professional and we had our new roof within just a few hours. They showed up at 7:30 am and completed by 3 pm. They only stopped for a short lunch break. They cleaned up everything and removed the trailer for disposal as soon as they were finished. The new roof looks fantastic. We would highly recommend Ramos Roofing giving them a 5-star rating. Kris Lee was the start of a great experience. Was timely in his communication and went out of his was to make things convenient for US. We own two properties and he did a free inspection and made a minor repair at no charge on the other house. This is the kind of customer service that guarantees repeat customers and referrals.nnThe professional job done by the roofers was outstanding. It looks great and not a piece of material was left behind on the ground. Ramos is an A++ company!
