Everything about GoYoga is likable! Great spaces all over town, with a wide variety of classes and styles taught. Great community of people and a relaxed adaptable approach to teaching.nFlexibility in helping me stay flexible and centered!

I love GoYoga! Their instructors are friendly, kind and caring. They take the time to help you with any questions you have, assist in poses both during and after class and really encourage you in your yoga practice. The classes and instructors are unique and different every time so I don't feel like I'm stuck doing the same class day after day. I love participating in the yoga challenges and it's really fun to see how excited and engaged the other participants and instructors are. You can feel that the culture of this organization is positive and uplifting. I love that I can use my membership all over the city so I can always find a class that is convenient for my life. GoYoga has truly changed me by providing a welcoming place to grow in my practice and nourish my body, mind and soul.

I like all the instructors that I’ve had, they’re very good at explaining every move… Even if you think you know the moves… we all need the little reminders and explanations to what we’re doing and why. The studio is quiet, calm and close to me ...So it’s perfect for me.

Classes at all different levels and focuses. Affordable. The workshops available are unique and an easy way to expand your practice. Locations are everywhere and the membership allows you to go anywhere unlimited. Times of classes vary from early morning to late evening, 7 days a week.

I’m new to Yoga and this location was very inviting. The people that work there and the other people were very nice and helpful. It was nice that mats are provided, as I did not bring one. Definitely worth a try and I hope to be back!!
