The car was not as requested. We were forced to take a downsized car or wait 24-48 hours for the full sized car we requested. We were told if we wanted a car we were going to pay the full size price. We were stranded in a smaller town in Georgia due to a vehicle breakdown. My husband is a bigger man and found the Toyota Corolla we were offered was very uncomfortable to drive. We did discuss this with the location at home. They assured us they would request a partial refund. Now we must wait for our invoice to be closed out. Sad experience with a company we have always had great service from in the past.

I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I've been using them for years and they have always given me good service. The most recent time, however, I chose the fuel service option and was quoted a very reasonable price per gallon. The charge on my bill for that was excessive for the difference I left in the tank. For that amount I could have purchased 17 gallons, far more that was needed to put the gas gauge back where it was.

We rented a “you click we pick” for one day. They loaned us a 2019 Nissan Altima. This location is only doing curbside service right now because of the pandemic but the service was straightforward and fast. The rep was pleasant but we were in and out in under 10 minutes both dropping the car off and picking the car up. The car was clean (and no smoke smell!), drove nicely, and was safe. There’s a gas station 3 blocks away for easy gas tank refills before dropping the car off. We will definitely be renting from here again!

These guys are amazing. I would rent from them any time. As a local Clintonville resident they are local and honest and even pick you up if need.

People were friendly. First car was 2019 Dodge Durango, it was nice. Looked clean. Went almost a week with no problems. I went out at night and opened my door and saw about 15 baby cockroaches crawling on the two front seats. I put bait around it and immediately I saw 2 bigger roaches come straight for it. Not okay. The second SUV I’m in now, is not clean on the inside and smells like smoke. As a precaution, I baited the car. I am scarred and feel like I never want to go here again. Speeding up buying a new car so that I can be done with this. Now I have to worry about the week I was driving without knowledge of possibly carrying roaches inside my home.
