I came in with a transaction that took a lot of manual entering and work on the employees side, and they were nothing but great. All of the employees, and especially Yolanda was so kind and helpful.
I wrote a review on this a few days ago, but don't know where it went, so I will post it again because this branch deserves all the good reviews it can get! The customer service is incredible, you never feel out of place or that they just want your money and that's it. Kyle the Branch manager is the absolute best. His interaction with customers proves that he cares about you and he earns customers trust very quickly and is able to retain that trust with consistent service. The bank tellers are amazing. I repeat, AMAZING. They always greet me as soon as I walk through the door. Jessica (I don't remember her last name) is so gracious and polite. The employees smiles are contagious. When I go to this Syracuse Branch it's not because I have to - but because I WANT TO! Mind you I have another Wells Fargo Branch 3 minutes from where I live in Kaysville. But they don't, and to be quite honest, no other branch does not, match up to this one. I will keep going as long as the manager and their tellers are at this location. Thank you, thank you for your incredible service.
