The administrative lady in leasing office is very efficient and pleasant to work with. She is so understanding of our needs. The apartment was very clean and is of a great size. Lots of storage areas.

Great floorplan-love attached garage and single story. Enjoying quiet area and nice neighborhood.nWe really appreciate the prompt, efficient service from our maintenance specialist, Eric. He is always pleasant and helpful.nAnother prompt service request completed by Eric on 1/7/21! He is so reliable and friendly. Truly an excellent asset for our Redwood neighborhood.

I have lived in the Pickerington Redwood community for over two years and when my dishwasher was stuck in between cycles it was fixed within hours of reporting it. The green areas are always kept mowed and the doggie bag dispensers full. The utilities are lower than I expected due to their design. The apartment space is very roomy and I love the layout. The rental and maintenance staff are always polite and helpful. I highly recommend Redwood!
