Marcus Pickerington Cinema

Went to go see a movie with my 8yrs old daughter. Clean picked up and organized. I was able to pick my seats which this theater has always done. Got great seats theater wasn't overly packed and concessions went smoothly as well. Gotta love those heated recliners they have.

The theater was very clean and the recliners were comfy and perfect for watching the movie. They were also set up with plenty of space for social distancing. My only complaint was on the concessions and bathroom size/quality. The popcorn/butter was bellow average to what is sold at other theaters. The pizza was very expensive for such poor quality. The cheese and toppings all pull off with the first bite. As for the bathrooms, I could only locate one bathroom for men and inside there were only 2 stalls and 1 out of 2 urinals available since one was out of order. The stalls were in poor condition and for such a large theater, 2 stalls and one urinal is definitely not enough during popular times. Overall, I do like this theater and I will definitely be back.

Theater was super nice and the people at the concessions were super nice as well! Only issue I had was they make you order your snacks ahead of time on an app but there was no indication of that until you got there and asked at the concession to order. Then the app wouldn't work right on my phone.

I've been to Marcus many times before covid and for my first time at a theater since before. I definitely wasn't disappointed. Safety is definitely at the forefront of their minds, order your treats before you arrive was also a huge perk. Just grab and go. Always a pleasure to go

It is clean, comfortable and the workers are very friendly. They have a nice selection of movies and I can usually find something family friendly and appropriate. I felt very safe with their precautionary measures they have taken to ensure the safety of their patrons through the covid-19 pandemic.
