Food was the usual, but only one employee that we saw was wearing a mask correctly. The woman handling food and handling money/cards didn't have one on at all and someone who looked like a manager had one on her chin. No gloves either. Very unsure of even eating the food we got after seeing this.

The salsa with the chips is very bland. No bite. Place is clean service is fast price is little high. I've had much better at a lower more reasonable price b4. Try Arby'sn. Much better.

Food is good as always but service could be better by listening. Asked for Italian dressing got ranch. Said no sauce received sauce in the bag.

Says you open at 10AM. Sat in the drive thru atn10:30 then pulled to the window where an employee was inside ignoring me. There were two other cars trying to order as well. I called the store and asked if they were open. I got a “yeah we’re open” with attitude. Perhaps the franchisee should show up at 10AM to see his store isn’t open by his bs employee’s?

This Arby's is usually a producer of quality food... they have a great deal on a family value coupon, but using it at this location is like pulling employees teeth. Last week I was told they were out of roast beef for at least 30 min. Today when I ordered, first I let them know I have the coupon, the young lady on the speaker pauses, and let's out the biggest sigh... Then at the window paying, with the window open, she turns to the other employees and complains about the existence of said coupon...
