The Pickerington (Hill Rd) Raising Cane's location is the epitome of what fast food should look like. We went through the drive through and as soon as we pulled up to the speaker an employee asked us for our order. The employee at the first window made change quickly and was very pleasant and polite. At the second window we got our food and drinks in under a minute and all the employees were friendly. The chicken was still warm and cooked perfectly and as always the sauce was delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

We were pretty disappointed when we got home with our order and discovered how small the chicken fingers were. More chicken nugget size. That's a rip off considering what they charge. Obvious food cost reduction passed along to their customers. I called the store and spoke to the manager. She was nice but had no explanation. Canes used to have large chicken fingers that would fill you up. Now it's just a waste of money.

First ever visit and had somewhat anxious expectations, due to others recommendations. HOWEVER, I did not like the food at all. The chicken fingers were way to soft, no crunch at all. The Teaxs toast was tasty BUT it was too soft for toast. The cashier wasn't friendly and when I said to her this is My first visit, I guess I was expecting more customer service than what I was given.... BUT when Your expectations are already heighten getting less is no comparisons. This visit confirmed that I need to keep practicing My newly Pescatarian life style.
