Was real disappointed with subway today. I ordered a salad and wanted my tomatoes chopped and I was told, oh we can't do that. Then I wanted chicken on it and I didn't want it heated. I was told , oh we have to heat it. I asked why and was told we have to. If I really didn't want a salad, I would have walked out. Oh and I told them they can keep the tomatoes. I won't be going back for a while.

This location is having serious issues. I tried to stop by and get a drink but despite that they were supposed to have been opened for two hours already, the door was still locked. The employee working gave me an impressive amount of attitude and that was just today's issue.

Customer service at this place is a nightmare. After waiting several minutes at the counter to be served I and the black guy behind me were told they would only take online orders. Then, when I placed an online order and came back in, I found that they were serving others from the counter. They didn't apologize in any way or address my online order in front of anyone else. I had to wait another 10 mins to get to the front of the line to be served. When I got to the counter again I told her that I'd placed my order online as told, but she didn't have it ready. I told her it was very bad service to make me wait behind the others that way and she complained about how I was treating her! She then refused to make the sub, wrote down her name for my report (which makes me think she doesn't believe they'll do anything about it) and then threatened to call the police when I asked for a voided receipt for the online order (since I wasn't going to get the sub). The place used to be nice, but not since that crazy lady got there. Go to the other one in town.

Need to go back to chopping salads.. cant do it because of covid is dumb you handle all the food you can chop it to.. and its its supposed to be fresh all of it.

I visited this location only to be harassed by an employee. I gave him my gift card that my job gave me. He then told me that it wasn't a gift card and then laughed in my face. I then told him maybe he just doesn't know how to use a gift card. He again laughed in my face. I felt embarrassed that I went in there with a gift card thinking I was wrong and it wasn't a gift card at all. I then jumped on subways app and indeed it is a gift card. Now I know that the employee that rung my order up not only was rude but also dis respectful. Will not return to this location and the manager Emily is content with letting this employee disrespect customers!
