We have been looking for someone to install a 220v for a spa. Our electrician came out having suitable knowledge, someone I wanted to trust for the job, but I felt like he preferred not to do the work. He actually made it seem as if we were lucky he would do the job for us. . When he arrived and we asked 'how are you?' as a typical greeting he answered he was overworked with these types of jobs.nnI couldn't tell if we did something to offend this man or if he was having a bad day. But, I wouldn't want this type of attitude representing my company.nnEDIT: I just spoke with the owner on 12. 23 2020, they are aware this is accurate information and that this was NOT another company. He states that the worker had just lost a loved one and therefore justified the actions of bad service and the fact that they never even sent us a quote after. He told me that regardless of how we were treated we should understand what he was going through.nI would never use this business.nnEDIT: the owner is who came to our home and lied about his wife dying to guilt for a bad review. His wife did not die. Disgusting human being runs this business.

We’ve used this company twice. Both times I’ve been impressed with their professional attitude, knowledge, and ability to do quality work. I am sure we’ll find more issues that need addressed in our home and will for sure have them back.

To add to K.A Singletons review. This service was place under my name. This is for the canal winchester area (south east of Columbus) the tech who came out was very rude and off putting about doing the work. He gave a time of 4-6pm to be at our house and when we called him after 6 pm he stated that he would be there between 4 & 6. He stated that they do this kind of work all the time and love to sue other service providers for doing a poor job. His main attitude while he was at our house was he did not want to be there. After he was done with explaining the process he stated that he would need to leave to run up a quote and to expect that it would be more expensive then a quote we had prior. He informed us that the quote would be in by Friday. The quote was never received. K.A. Singleton wrote the review to let others know how this tech was and was given a bs response and requested to call the owner. When she did she got on the phone and requested to speak to the owner. The person simply responded with I can help you with that. As K.A. Singleton spoke to him he was very unapologetic to what happened and ended up righting it off. He gave excuse after excuse and never stated that this behavior was unacceptable. Also going as far as to guilt us because we gave a bad review and that we should have been more understanding to the techs struggles. All in all this Provider lost our business and we won't be using them ever. At the end of the day the actions of the employee is the action of the business. And the actions of the owner is unacceptable in any situation.
