My printer was down at the office, so I made a brief visit to this location to make copies. Staff were friendly, quick to say hello, and offered directions for any assistance I may have needed.
I've been coming to this library off and on for over 20 years, with and without my kids. Kids love it and I still currently use their access to printing, faxing, etc. And the employees are so nice!!!
I love going to the Batavia branch. They are always helpful and happy to give suggestions. I love all of the librarians. They always ask how I am and even ask about my mother. They are more than librarians, they are friends.

I really love this small town library. You can order in anything you need. The ladies are friendly and always willing to help. My grown daughter, who lives in Dallas, enjoys bringing her children to the Batavia library when she’s in town to look at books and play with the toys in the children’s area.
