We have had great experience here. Staff is always friendly to us.
Seriously the worst post office ever. My fiance changed his address to mine 2 years ago and they send all his mail back except for hospital Bill's. Now with everything going on virus wise we havent received our unemployment or stimulus check because they're sending them back. Weve been in 3 times and it's still happening. Beyond furious you are destroying our lives right now for what reason, because of the post office we cant pay any Bill's or rent. Thanks a lot sturgis post office you people are the worst
Worse post office ever. They refuse to print labels for addresses for you. On top of that if you want a label at all they will charge you for the label. No other post office in this half of the state does this. To top it off they’re rude about it! Like you should already know of their back woods ways. Go to spearfish to mail your post. They print labels and actually do their jobs. If I could do no stars I would!!
I went here to post some post cards during the Sturgis rally this year. The staff member Laiken was very helpful in sending our cards to England she sold us some really groovy stamps. All in all a very positive experience.
