This smart style (in syracuse Walmart) is the best Carmina is literally the best hair stylist I have ever gone to and yes I have paid for some expensive hair cuts. Carmina cuts hair the right way and for a fair price.

I very much regret the bad opinions of some who do not understand that they are there because it is their job and not making arrangements for the disasters that occur in their homes. Clean place to get your hair cut.
I walked in because I saw online that there was open appointments so I went in. At first the salon was closed 1120am, um ok, so I did a little shopping and went back and was told there was no time for me. I explained the online schedule said there was abs i was still told "no time for you". I wanted my eyebrows waxed. Very rude and unprofessional. Not again.
