My sister, daughter (8) and I went in to get pedicures. I told them that my daughter just wanted her toes polished as she proceeded to file her hand finger nails. She told me it was part of the deal and she would polish her finger nails for $5 and toes for $5. I thought fine. Well next thing you know she's adding designs to her two big toes without even asking. By the time I had looked over she was already halfway done. I thought well that was nice of her to include that. When I went to pay I was a bit upset because they charged me an additional $10 for the little design they added to her toe. Don't get me wrong they were very cute flowers but I think it's very rude and unprofessional to add things knowing that it's an extra fee without even asking. When we got out to the car my daughter said that right before the lady working on her started with the designs she looked at her gave her the shhhhhh face and winked . She knew what she was doing. I am not sure if this is common here to do that. But I don't think it's right. That's my only complaint besides that the person working on my sister was very friendly and sweet. I wasn't going to write a review about this but people should be aware when going, of these kinds of things.
The workers there are so nice and the customer service is incredible! They were always asking if you needed anything, and making jokes, and even doing extra for you. The prices are also very fair and I always enjoy getting my nails done there!
We had a group of 4 adults and 1 toddler. Everyone was very nice and so patient. They were very conversational with us as customers. Toes look great.
Great place...not top of the line but great for the price... A lot of people come in and are impatient if they may have to wait a little, which is sad...but a move clean place!!
Never have any trouble getting in whether its making an appointment or even just walking in. They always do such a great job!
