NT location is much better than the falls location. I only know one of the counselors Beth Tripi, and she is awesome with the kids and my child loves her. Super helpful, If you are looking for a place, I recommend the NT location.

Very helpful place

I am appalled by the way both of these locations handle phone calls. What does it take in WNY to have your child receive help? Clearly Catholic Charities is NOT the answer. I would give less than 1 star if it was at all possible!!!!

They aren't staffed enough to handle more caseload, too many administrators, and I have yet to see an actual doctor some out meds. There's only a nurse and she's booked 3 months out. If you are in dire need of care for your children this is not the place to go.
