I went to Sam today for a cut and color and I absolutely love it! I have been trying to find a hairstylist up this way for awhile now and I finally feel like I found the one!! She nailed the cut for my fine hair and the color is exactly what I was wanting. I got lots of compliments today! The salon has been updated and looks great. Super clean and nice. Already booked my appointment to go back next month. Thanks Sam

I absolutely love it here I get my eyelashes done by Brylenn. ♥️ She does an amazing job. I also referred one of my coworkers to get his haircut he sees Hope and absolutely loves her and will continue to come back. The staff is super friendly, the owners are also very friendly and accommodating to their employees. Thank you for all you do. Much appreciated and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Rinsed Hair Lounge is Awesome! Their location is so convenient. I Love the Atmosphere! I've been going to Madison for over 1year for waxing and facial peels. She is very knowledgeable in the services she offers! She is never running late! Her room is not only private, but decorated super cute! She is always cute, bubbly, and always professional. I give them both 11🌟's!

So I have to say our first visit wasn’t the greatest at the salon and the owner called me to find out what happened. The owner went out of her way to listen to me and to get the issue corrected . She reached out to one of her stylist on her day off to help with the situation . Sam offered to come in on her day off and fix the issue . Let me tell you from the time I spoke with the owner and when everything was taken care I would completely recommend this salon. Sam was beyond amazing and brought tears to my eyes for the amazing work she did to my daughters hair ...I am truly thankful for the customer service and the stylist for her amazing work !!!! Thank you again ...
