Reception there was very stand-off-ish and unapproachable. We bought hearing aids there and every time we needed help, it cost $80 to just walk in. Today my husband’s hearing aid did not work and we were told it was dead and to send it in would cost $400 or more.nWe walked out and went to Miracle Ear where he cleaned the tube out and it worked fine.nnNeedless to say, we bought higher quality aids with never any charge for any follow ups for life.nnI don’t know how they stay in business with the way they treat people and deceive them.nnDeb V.
