Have had decent, wonderful and even amazing experiences over the years we've lived in the black hills.. but this time- the Ob/gyn nurses (Heather, etc.) were absolutely awful. No concern, hearfelt feelings or helpfulness for an OB patient in obvious distress. What happened to love and compassion?
