always answer questions in depth, listen carefully to everything and discuss with you. very emphatic , give painless needle treatments (shots, etc). Always provide as many treatment options as possible and in a way all can understand!nnvery kind, considerate, and careful. there for you if you have an emergency.nnOffice staff, nurses, PA , all are so polite and understanding and can be understood!nMark Heine (pa) is the best anywhere! knows more than the med books , keeps up to date. patient and usually knows how to fix what is bothering you!!

Dr Gould is great. Very knowledgeable gets straight to the point. Not a long wait to get into see him. Short time in the waiting room. Everything was fast and efficient. Would recommend him to everyonenThis is not the first time I have had to see him and every time is just like this.

They were very professional friendly and polite. I have to say they go out of their way to make you feel very comfortable. Dr. James jeffrey was very awesome, he took the time to listen to me and ask questions. I would definitely recommend Monument Health Orthopedics to anyone who needs it. I would give the entire staff and radiology a 5+ star thank you.

Dr. Gould got me in for my appointment right away. He answered all of my questions. He is so friendly, positive and down to earth. I think he is great!
