Noyes Kidney Disease & Dialysis

Everyone on dialysis should be as lucky as me to be in Geneseo, Noyes, dialysis unit. Staff is the best I have ever had. I have been on dialysis before, and tried for profit dialysis, ( for profit dialysis should be outlawed, for profit = bad patientry care, inexperienced staff, staff that does not care, new staff yelling at me when I did his job for 18 months on self care, patients allowed to hoot and holler, patients throwing away brand new needles, staff that will not put you on on time, two different people needed for one arm needle, one catheter, staff that plays favorites) Geneseo dialysis is amazing, mostly RN's, everyone is cross trained to help and put you on in case of problem in the morning. For profit has strong health in its name, NO AFFILIATION WHATSOEVER, I WAS FOOLED, I REGRET NOT COMING HERE FIRST AND NOT BEING ABUSED BY STAFF AT FOR PROFIT DIALYSIS WITH STRONG HEATH NEAR ITS NAME. For profit tried to charge 10,000 dollars a treatment, luckily MVP told them no, $4,000. For profit wanted 100 dollars for 18 inch by 18 inch blue back pad. Geneseo has a better social worker who I see every treatment, say social worker once on machine. Nephroligist is here all the time, talks to everyone, no nurse practitioner, real foc. Secretary Annette is wonderful, never saw secretary at FOR PROFIT DIALYSIS. You can weigh yourself before they start to put patients on, for profit, doors are locked, they ran 10 minutes late almost eery day just to grt to chair. Geneseo Nurses and techs do not hide and disappear when you need help. Geneseo Nurses, techs, social worker, dietician, nurse manager all work together as a team, for profit, it is every staff for themselves. FOR PROFIT STAFF COMPLAINS TO PATIENTS ABOUT LONG HOURS, 4 AM TO 8 PM, WITH LOW PAY, HENCE HIGH EMPLOYEE TURNATOUND. Geneseo, has lockers for patients, changing room, runs on time like a well oiled machine, very impressive staff. Staff at Geneseo does not yell at me or lecture me as FOR PROFIT DID, I HATED THAT PLACE! YOU ARE NOT A NUMBER HERE AT NOYES GENESEO DIALYSIS. ALL FOR PROFIT DIALYSIS SHOULD BE BANNED, HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE, FEELS LIKE JAIL, RUDE STAFF, RUDE PATIENTS, NO ONE HELPS YOU! THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO BE ON DIALYSIS, ALL TOGETHER OVER 2 YEARS ON DIALYSIS.nROBERT R MACWILLIAMS
