This is definitely the place to go if you want a cozy feel and relaxing stay.nnWe spent a weekend here and couldn't be happier. Margie and Jay were more than friendly and happy to make conversation, provide local tidbits and points of interest, and made us feel like part of the family.nnThe building itself is wonderfully homey and filled with local art, and each room has character all its own. Snacks and drinks are available around the clock if you feel peckish, and both of them add their own flair on breakfast (everything was delicious)!nnI'm definitely looking forward to going back whether for a weekend getaway, family reunion, or meeting friends for an adventure.nnThank you Margie and Jay for a wonderful time!

The hosts Jay and Marge were wonderfully gracious, warm, and welcoming. We felt comfortable relaxing in our cozy clean room with bath or in the spacious art filled common areas. The breakfast was exceptional. Although, the personally served food was very good, I didn’t expect gluten free options. I mentioned my gluten allergy when we checked in, and to my surprise Marge made GF banana bread and pancakes! And they were the best GF versions I’ve had! The dinner restaurant they recommended was also superb, the Ember - great quality, service, and quite unique offerings. There were not many GF choice but the ones offered were outstanding.

This was a phenomenal bed and breakfast experience! I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere and the hosts where warm friendly and hospitable. Jay and Maggie love their business and it truly shows! Their restaurant recommendations were spot on and the knowledge of the area was vast. We were able to stay in spa tub room with a last minute change of our rooms and we thoroughly enjoyed our Anniversary night!

I booked this place on a whim to enjoy the spa tubs and hike nearby. The location is perfect, right off of the main road so it’s quiet but right between Wegmans and Walmart for convenience. The suite was clean, quiet and spacious. The owners were kind and helpful, directing us to nearby activities for our young family. The property was well taken care of with vegetable gardens and chickens for the kids to enjoy. But the best part of our stay was the home made breakfast. The owners took extra care to meet our dietary needs and served an exceptional custom meal. I never write reviews but this place deserves a huge thanks for providing a welcoming, safe and comfortable stay during these difficult times.
